Q: HOW DOES A “CASH INTEGRITY AUDIT” BENEFIT HOTELS?

As a quick reference for interested readers, I’ve drawn up a simple list of the benefits delivered from a properly executed hotel cash integrity audit program:

  • Identifies gaps and infractions in the hotel staff’s handling of guests’ cash-transactions, by highlighting correct & incorrect cash invoicing procedures by hotel staff

  • Deflates the level of cash-transaction infractions by staff

  • Reduces the level of cash-transaction theft in hotels
