We are Brand Integrity Auditors, and we have provided Hotel Mystery Shopping based services to hotels and resorts, since 2004 - on over 1,000 occasions.

Due to the unfortunate arrival of the COVID 19 pandemic, BIA is launching an audit designed to test staff compliance with the new operations SOP's for hotels and resorts in the MENA region, and beyond.

The COVID 19 Hotel Compliance Audit

​

This audit deals with the new operational standards arising from the COVID 19 crisis, and will measure the hotel's, and the hotel staff's compliance with all relevant procedures, as per their new SOP's.

​

It is important to note that these audits, as all of our other services, will be executed under annual contracts. Frequency will be on a monthly basis (as opposed to quarterly)
